I come to BLU Realty Group, armed with ten years of experience selling over $150 million worth of real estate including new condo developments in New York City.

I am extremely excited to join forces with BLU and its founding partners to continue to work in a field that I have so much passion for. This partnership will enable me to better service my clients and all of their real estate needs.

I became interested in a real estate career in the mid-1990s while buying and selling Manhattan co-ops and condos for my own personal real estate projects (renovating and selling), and found it to be an exciting industry. I decided to make Real Estate a full time profession and I've never looked back.

My team, The ROCCO Group is dedicated to delivering quality service to our buyers and sellers. I get personally involved in every detail of the deal. I am known for my straightforward approach, my integrity and flexibility while working with people. I cultivate strong relationships that last a lifetime.

I have an extensive knowledge of Manhattan and its neighborhoods and I enjoy selling apartments all over town.

I became an expert in New Condo Development sales over the past five years selling in three separate new development projects.

I've made appearances on 'Sweat Equity' on the DIY network as one of their pricing experts, and have been featured on 'House Hunters' on HGTV and I'm working on an interactive web/blog portal where I will be hosting a weekly 'over the net' Real Estate program featuring everything New York City.
